- Set paid weeks per year (52 if you get paid time off).
The formula
Annual = rate × hours per week × weeks per year
Monthly = annual ÷ 12; biweekly = annual ÷ 26
Example: $20/hour × 40 hours × 52 weeks = $41,600 a year, $3,466.67 a month, $1,600 every two weeks.

- Part-time at 30 hours a week: $20/hour is $31,200 a year.
